Know that these policies are not to be disrespectful to anyone, but rather to respect the profitability of our staff and the schedules of all of our clients. We never want someone to miss out on an opportunity to get into our schedule!
We know things come up, and communication is key. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please let your stylist know as soon as possible.
To keep things fair for both our team and guests, the following situations are considered Mischief Strikes (these expire one year after the date they occur): • Arriving 15+ minutes late • Cancelling with less than 24 hours’ notice • Booking multiple services and only receiving part of them (e.g., booking a cut and color but only getting a cut) • No-call, no-show (which may result in being unable to rebook)
Strike System: • First Strike: Considered a warning and noted in our system. • Second Strike: A deposit of up to 50% of your service, as a rebooking fee will apply, which will be paid directly to your stylist if you strike again. A card must be placed on file to continue booking. • Third Strike: May result in loss of booking privileges with your stylist or the salon. Any deposit made will go directly to your stylist.
Some stylists may require a 50% deposit or card hold for future appointments after multiple strikes. Deposits are refundable if the appointment is canceled at least 24 hours in advance. If not, the deposit goes to your stylist for the missed appointment.
We appreciate your understanding and support — honoring this policy helps us respect the time and energy of every guest and team member.
Please know that we aim to always provide you with a look you will love. Occasionally we may miss the mark. Please note that we do not offer refunds for services rendered but do offer, in most circumstances, a complimentary service to work with you to help alter what you are unhappy with.
Haircut and Lightening Services can be reworked within two weeks after the original service was provided. Please contact us within 4 days to allow us time to work you back into our stylist's schedules Color Retouch services can be reworked within one week. Please contact us within 48 hours. Texture Services take differently on all types and textures and may only be reworked upon being assessed in-person. Please contact us within 48 hours. If you have chosen to leave wet/without a blow dry after a color service our guarantee on your service is void. You and your stylist need to see the final look of your hair before leaving the salon to make sure you both agree on the final result.
When possible we recommend you see the stylist that did your intial service. They already know the journey your hair has been on and want you to be happy with your overall look. Editing our own work allows us to grow as stylists.
We understand that occasionally you may want to see someone else or for scheduling reasons you cannot see your initial stylist. We will match you with a stylist at the same level and price range. Should you wish to see a stylist at a higher level you will be responsible for the difference in prices at the redo appointment. Example: A Level 1 stylist charges $49 for a medium haircut and a level 6 stylist charges $74, the difference of $25 would be charged at the rework appointment.
